Fayetteville SwampDogs News Release
FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. - In response to the recent destruction of the West Fayetteville Little League concession stand, we are proud to offer "The Swamp" as a venue for games Wednesday, May 25 and Thursday, May 26.
West Fayetteville Little League is in need of bats, gloves, and any other equipment to complete their season. Those looking to make donations can drop them off from 5:30pm-8:30pm on Wednesday and Thursday May 25-26 at "The Swamp" on 2823 Legion Road, Fayetteville, North Carolina 28314.
"We are pleased to be able to offer a facility in the interim for West Fayetteville Recreation,"Â says SwampDog's Assistant General Manager Tim Slack. "This is a great opportunity for us, as a community, to rally around these kids and teach them about unity in the midst of unfortunate circumstances."
Fans interested in attending the games can enter the field through the first base concourse entrance entrance to the far right of the stadium.
Join the SwampDogs in supporting youth baseball and the Fayetteville community by rallying around West Fayetteville Little League as they complete their season in the interim of their field availability.
