Surge's Kosolofsky SPHL Player of the Week

In just his first weekend with the Mississippi Surge, left wing Branden Koslofsky has made his presence felt in the line-up and around the Southern Professional Hockey League.
The SPHL has named Kosolofsky the Easton Player of the Week for his two goals and three assists in the Surge three victories last weekend. Kosolofsky had joined the team late in the week, in a trade with the Augusta RiverHawks. Along with his five points, Kosolofsky was also a +1 on the weekend.
He and the rest of the Surge are in action Wednesday night against the Columbus Cottonmouths at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum at 7:05 p.m.
