With their playoff berth now secured, the Mississippi Surge is helping its fans gear up for the postseason run as well.
This Friday, when the Surge hosts the Mississippi RiverKings at 7:05 p.m. at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum, fans will be able to take advantage of special prices on certain souvenir items.
The Surge goalie masks are just $9 or two for $16. Min hockey sticks and min goalie sticks will be just $8 each or two for $15. Surge pucks on Friday will be only $3 or two for $5.
After Friday's game, in which the Surge players will wear special St. Patrick's jerseys that will be auctioned after the game, the Surge will visit the RiverKings on Sunday. The remaining home games will be March 22nd (Military Appreciation Night); and March 23rd (Fan Appreciation Night with several fan giveaways).
