Surge First Round Playoff Schedule Set

The schedule is now finalized for the first round series of the Southern Professional Hockey League between the Mississippi Surge and the Pensacola Ice Flyers.
Pensacola's 5-3 win on Friday night over the Louisiana Ice Gators assured it of home ice advantage in the best-of-three series. Pensacola will host game one of the series, while game two will be at the Mississippi Coast Coliseum. A decisive third game if needed would be played in Pensacola.
The schedule for the opening round series:
Game One-Friday March 30 at Pensacola 7:05 p.m.
Game Two-Saturday March 31 at Mississippi 7:05 p.m.
Game Three-Sunday April 1 at Pensacola 5:05 p.m. (if necessary)
The Surge plays its final regular season game Saturday, March 24 at home against Louisiana. Following the game, the Surge players will be available to meet with fans in the club area of the Mississippi Coast Coliseum, during a jersey auction which will feature the team's gray jerseys that have been worn on Friday nights this season.
