
Successful Tryouts for the RGV Flash

With the Golazo Soccer Arena hosting the event, the tryouts to be a part of the RGV Flash for the next season, were a huge success.
During the four days, more than 30 young players coming from several Texas cities, showed Coach Mariano Bollella their skills, experience, and conditioning looking for an opportunity to be with the team for the upcoming PASL tournament.
The event was exalted by some Mexican ex-First Division soccer players, such as goalkeeper Rogelio Rodriguez who was a part of Tigres and Pumas, Omar Millán who was with Monarcas Morelia, José Malacara from Tigres, and Jorge "La Hormiga" Durán, who played for Rayados, Monterrey La Raza and Monterrey Flash.
On the upcoming days, the techical crew from the Flash will be meeting in order to determine the participants that will be called to have a chance to continue along the selection process. The chosen ones will join the base group from Monterrey Flash and signings made on the next weeks, as the team that will face the first PASL season for the new valley team.
The first chance to see the Flash on the 2012-2013 PASL season will be the next November 17, when they host the Texas Strikers at the State Farm Arena.
