Woodlands Strykers News Release
The Woodlands Strykers fell to the Victoria Generals last night in Victoria 8-0. The team now has today off before hosting the Brazos Valley Bombers this coming Tuesday and Wednesday.
Conroe native, Zach Heard started on the mound. He pitched 6 innings, gave up four hits, two runs and struck out six batters. Greg Jakusik, Caulin Cragle and Kevin Roy finished out the game.
It was hard going offensively as the team managed six hits. Left fielder Robert Heep was 2 for 4. The following players had one hit each; Kevin Santana, Daniel Homann(double), Travis Winnon and Zach Davis.
