
Storm wrap up training camp with scrimmage against Predators

TAMPA, FL â The Tampa Bay Storm will conclude their 2005 training camp with a scrimmage against the Orlando Predators on Saturday, January 22. The scrimmage begins at 3:00 p.m. at the St. Pete Times Forum.
Saturday's scrimmage, which is free and open to the public, will give Storm fans their first opportunity to win a pair of tickets to Super Bowl XXXIX in Jacksonville. One person who signs up for the Subway Souper Bowl Giveaway on Saturday at the scrimmage will become the first of five finalists to win the tickets. The grand prize will be given away at halftime of the Storm's February 6 game against the Austin Wranglers.
Storm fans attending Saturday's scrimmage will also have to opportunity to purchase season tickets for the 2005 season. Selected seats will be tagged in the arena, and those seats will be available to purchase for the entire season.
Saturday's scrimmage will serve as a final audition for players hoping to make the 2005 Storm roster. There are currently 37 players on the Tampa Bay training camp roster. The team must cut down to its 24-man regular season roster by Monday, January 24.
