
Storm draftees invited to NBA training camps

Birch Run, MI (October 6, 2004) â Several Great Lakes Storm draft picks have been invited to participate in NBA training camps, along with a former player.
The Storm's first round pick in this year's CBA Draft, Andre Brown, has been invited to participate in the New Jersey Nets camp. Both draft picks in the second round have also secured spots on training camp rosters, Brandon Mouton is with the L.A. Clippers, and Rashad Wright is with the Indiana Pacers. Former Storm player Leon Smith will be returning to the Seattle Supersonics, where he finished last season. Smith played the final 11 games for the Storm last season, averaging 21.5 points along with 16.4 rebounds.
