Arrowhead Pond of Anaheim is proud to announced that the arena will be home to the National Lacrosse League's (NLL) Anaheim Storm this winThe ter. The Storm is the newest professional sports team in Southern California and only the second National Lacrosse League team in the state of California.
The 2003-2004, regular season is January through April and includes a total of 16 games which are all played on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday. There will be a total of eight home games at the Arrowhead Pond beginning with the Storm against Arizona in the home opener on Saturday, January 10, 2004. The team will be part of the National Lacrosse League's newly formed Western Division along with Arizona, Calgary, Colorado, San Jose and Vancouver.
