
Storm Acquire Three in Offseason Assignment Process

TAMPA BAY - The Tampa Bay Storm is pleased to announce that it has acquired defensive back Cameron McGlenn and offensive lineman Isaiah Tuiasosopo through the League's offseason assignment process. The team also acquired the rights to defensive back Delvin Breaux.
"Cameron is a four-year veteran that has the ability to be a game changer," said Storm Vice President of Football Operations Jeff Gooch. "He will bolster our defensive backfield and we look forward to him bringing additional veteran leadership to our team."
McGlenn (6-foot, 195 lbs., Elon) enters his fifth season in the Arena Football League and his first in a Storm uniform. He spent the past two and half seasons with the New Orleans VooDoo, earning second team All-Arena honors for his performance during the 2014 season. McGlenn started in 16-of-17 games for the VooDoo in 2015, recording 73.0 tackles, 2.5 tackles for loss, nine pass breakups, four interceptions and a forced fumble.
McGlenn began his professional career in 2011 with the Iowa Barnstormers. He split time during the 2013 season between the Spokane Shock and the Voodoo. For his career, McGlenn has started in 79-of-87 games and tallied 470.0 tackles, nine tackles for loss, 73 pass breakups, 37 interceptions, four forced fumbles and five fumble recoveries.
Tuiasosopo (6-foot-3, 315 lbs., Austin Peay) begins his second season in the AFL with the Storm. The former Governor split his rookie season between the L.A. KISS and the New Orleans VooDoo. Tuiasosopo appeared in seven games during the 2015 season, playing multiple positions on the offensive line. He has the ability to play both center and fullback and has shown versatility as he is able to play on the defensive line.
"Isaiah has shown his ability to play on both sides of the ball," said Gooch. "We value players who have shown this versatility as it brings an added dimension to our team."
Before beginning his professional career, Tuiasosopo appeared in 43 games for the Austin Peay Governors. He played defensive tackle before being converted to a center during his sophomore season.
The team also acquired the rights to defensive back Delvin Breaux.
Breaux (6-foot-1, 200 lbs., LSU) is currently on other league exempt and is a playing for the New Orleans Saints of the National Football League. Breaux has started in 6-of-6 games for the Saints and tallied 17.0 tackles, seven passes defended, an interception and a fumble recovery.
Breaux entered the AFL in 2013 with the VooDoo before being placed on other league exempt when he signed with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats of the Canadian Football League. While with Hamilton, Breaux recorded 62.0 tackles, a sack, an interception and a fumble recovery.
