Stockton Kings General Manager Paul Johnson has been named the 2022-23 NBA G League Basketball Executive of the Year, as selected by his fellow NBA G League team basketball executives.
Under Johnson's leadership, Stockton finished with the best record in the NBA G League (25-7) during the regular season. Johnson's player acquisitions included Jordan Ford (14.7 ppg, 4.8 apg) and Deonte Burton (12.0 ppg, 4.7 rpg), who earned a GATORADE Call-Up to the Sacramento Kings.
Long Island Nets General Manager J.R. Holden and South Bay Lakers General Manager Nick Mazzella finished second and third in voting, respectively.
