Stingrays Finalize Trade with Reading Royals

North Charleston, S.C. - The South Carolina Stingrays, celebrating 23 seasons of hockey in the Lowcountry, announced today the completion of a trade with the Reading Royals from the 2014-15 season.

The Stingrays have sent the rights of forward Rob Ricci to the Royals to complete the future transactions established on November 28, 2014 that brought forward Brock Higgs to the Stingrays.

Ricci, 30, dressed in 33 games with the Stingrays scoring 11 goals and eight assists for 19 points and added three points (one goal, two assists) in 11 postseason contests.
