Arizona Sting News Release

GLENDALE, ARIZONA --- The Arizona Sting announced today that the team will be holding a lacrosse clinic on Monday, June 20 at Glendale Arena. The clinic is being presented by Wells Fargo. The camp will take place on Monday, June 20 from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Please note that a second clinic scheduled for Tuesday, June 21 has been cancelled.

Arizona Sting General Manager and Head Coach Bob Hamley, who was named the 2005 NLL GM and Coach of the Year, will run both camps. Last season, Hamley guided the Sting to an 11-8 record and helped Arizona reach the NLL's Champion's Cup Final against the Toronto Rock.

Participants will have an opportunity to learn how to shoot, pass and defend and will also play in a scrimmage game. Players must bring their own equipment (helmets, pads, sticks, etc.) and lunch.
