Sting Set to Host 2024 Development Camp this Weekend

Sarnia, ON. - The Sarnia Sting are set to welcome prospects from the 2024 OHL Priority Selection and U18 Draft, along with some familiar faces from the team's 2023 draft class, to Sarnia this weekend for the Hockey Club's 2024 Development Camp. This year's event will span two days between Friday, May 3rd and Saturday, May 4th.

Players will first report Friday morning for registration and a full day of private team activities including fitness testing, team building, and breakout sessions helping set the expectations that come with being a part of the Ontario Hockey League and Sarnia Sting.

Saturday will provide fans with their first opportunity to see the new prospects in action with two on-ice sessions at Pat Stapleton Arena between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm. The Honeypot Express will also be on-site, giving fans the chance to secure team merchandise for the summer. Camp rosters will be made available for those able to attend and released online leading into Saturday's on-ice activities.
