(March 4, 2005) Gary, IN: The Steelheads welcomed their divisional rival the Rockford Lightning to the Genesis Convention Center for the final time this season. The Steelheads were too good of a host as they lost 123-112, and captured only one quarter point.
Leading the way for the Steelheads was David Graves with 26 points. Maurice Spillers was the "InfinityProSports.com Player of the Game" with 24 points and 14 rebounds. Jemeil Rich had 21 points and 11 assists and Renaldo Major had 15 points in the loss. Marshall Phillips had 22 points for the Lightning.
