Gary, IN - The Gary Steelheads improved to 7-2 on the season with Sunday's 91-83 victory over the Elgin Racers in front of 1,205 fans at the Genesis Center. The win was the fourth in as many tries for the surging Steelheads.
Quinnell Brown led Gary in points (18) and rebounds (9) in the win. Royce Parran added 9 assists for the Steelheads. Keith Gayden led all scorers with 23 points for Elgin.
