Steamers To Open Upper Bowl For Saturday's MISL Championship Game

St. Louis, MO, May 19, 2005 – St. Louis Steamers President & CEO Michael Hetelson announced today that the Steamers are expecting a capacity crowd and will open the upper bowl at Savvis Center for Saturday night's MISL Championship game between Cleveland and Milwaukee.

Corporate sponsors Pepsi and Wehrenberg Theatres purchased seats in the Savvis Center's upper bowl. People showing an empty Pepsi bottle, bottle cap, empty can, or UPC code will receive a free general admission ticket in the upper bowl for the game. Anyone showing a Wehrenberg Theatre ticket stub or who are dressed as their favorite Star Wars character will also receive a free general admission ticket in the upper bowl.

"Ticket demands for Saturday night's championship game were already near capacity for the lower bowl" said Hetelson.

Game time is slated for 5:30 p.m. and will be broadcasted live nationally on ESPN2. HPNOTIQ will sponsor the "Championship Street Jam" which will be held at 14th and Clark, located inside of Savvis Center beginning at 3:30 p.m. D.J. Silver will provide the music and there will be barbeque and drink specials throughout the event. The HPNOTIQ girls will also be present. Baby Huey, Baby Doll and St. Louis native and American Idol contestant DeAndrae Perryman will perform at the "Street Jam. Perryman will also perform at halftime. Tiffany Hrabosky will sing the National Anthem
