The Stealth will proudly welcome more than thirty-five Bay Area club and high school lacrosse teams for this inaugural celebration that includes local lacrosse players running out with Stealth during their pre-game introductions, a lacrosse recognition ceremony at halftime, giveaways throughout the game and chances for interested players to sign up with local club teams.

The Stealth came close to breaking that record when they hosted 7,941 fans on Jan. 26 and have currently sold more than 6,000 tickets to the Bay Area lacrosse community for the Feb. 3 match-up against Calgary. Get tickets for Lacrosse Appreciation Night at www.ticketmaster.com or by phone at (408) 999-5700.

"This is a celebration of the growth of lacrosse in the Bay Area," said G.M. Johnny Mouradian. "In order to show our appreciation to the community, we are offering a special deal on tickets. We want to try and break the Stealth attendance record and we want Bay Area lacrosse fans to be a part of that history."

The last time these two teams faced each other, the Stealth won in overtime 17-16 on Jan. 12 in the longest game in NLL history.
