
Stars Sign Guard Kalana Greene

SAN ANTONIO (June 23, 2015) - The San Antonio Stars signed guard Kalana Greene, head coach and general manager Dan Hughes announced today.
Greene, a 5-10 guard out of the University of Connecticut, has spent time with three WNBA franchises in her career. In 154 WNBA games with the New York Liberty, Connecticut Sun and Washington Mystics, Greene has averaged 4.3 points, 2.5 rebounds and 1.2 assists in 18.6 minutes. She was originally selected in the second round (13th overall) by the New York Liberty in the 2010 WNBA Draft.
With the addition of Greene, the Stars roster now stands at 12. She will wear #3.
The Stars will take on the Phoenix Mercury on June 25 and the Seattle Storm on June 27 on Silver & Black Give Back Night. Both games will be broadcasted on Fox Sports Southwest. Visit SAStars.com or contact a Stars representative at 210-444-5090 for more information.
