Port St. Lucie, FL-- The Bradenton Marauders (8-10) were stymied throughout Sunday's game as Casey Delgado (W, 3-0) pitched the St. Lucie Mets (11-7) to a 5-1 win. Delgado went 7 2/3 innings on the hill and struck out six. The only run against the righty came when SS Pablo Reyes lifted a sacrifice fly to left for the second out of the eighth, bringing home Bradenton's only run in the process.

St. Lucie broke through against RHP Colten Brewer (L, 1-3) in the fourth inning. A one-out home run by Kevin Taylor put the Mets up 1-0. Four consecutive two-out hits and an error allowed three more runs to score in the frame. St. Lucie scored one more in the fifth against Brewer, who struck out five.

RHP Sam Street, RHP Luis Heredia, and RHP Miguel Rosario each pitched a scoreless inning out of the bullpen.
