
Spurs' Justin Kier Suspended

NEW YORK - Austin Spurs guard Justin Kier has been suspended one game without pay for leaving the bench area during an on-court altercation, it was announced today by NBA G League President Shareef Abdur-Rahim. The incident occurred with 5:17 remaining in the third quarter of Austin's 114-80 win over NBA G League Ignite on Jan. 7 at The Dollar Loan Center.
Kier will serve his suspension January 9 when the Spurs visit Ignite at The Dollar Loan Center at 10 p.m. ET.
