Sporting Kansas City News Release
Following a 1-0 win over Chivas USA on the road Sunday, Sporting Kansas City (4-0-0) will look to continue their best start in club history against the LA Galaxy on Saturday, April 7 at LIVESTRONG Sporting Park. The match, presented by H&R Block, will be nationally broadcast live on ESPN at 3 p.m. CT. Tickets are available in limited supply at Ticketmaster.com or at the LSP box offices .
LIVESTRONG Sporting Park will also host the CONCACAF Men's Olympic Qualifying Tournament championship match between Mexico and Honduras tonight at 7 p.m. CT. Tickets are available at Ticketmaster.com or at the LSP box offices .
On Thursday, Sporting Kansas City will host a joint fan event with LEGOLAND Discovery Center from 5-6:30 p.m. at the Atrium at Crown Center (2450 Grand Boulevard, Kansas City, MO 64108). Fans are invited attend the unveiling of the LIVESTRONG Sporting Park LEGO model that will be on display at LEGOLAND Discovery Center. Sporting Kansas City players will also be in attendance for photos and autographs with fans.
Also on Thursday, Callum Williams and Jake Yadrich wil l host The Sporting KC Show on 610 Sports Radio from 6-7 p.m. CT.
All Sporting Kansas City training sessions during the 2012 season are open to the public unless noted otherwise, and media are encouraged to attend for video, interview and photo opportunities.
