Spinners Launch Coaches Club, Coach Appreciation Night

LOWELL, MA - The Lowell Spinners, Class-A affiliate of the Boston Red Sox, are proud to announce the launching of its first ever Coaches Club, a program designed at rewarding youth baseball coaches for all their hard work.

Members of the Coaches Club will receive free entry to every Spinners home game during the 2016 season. In addition, they will also receive consulting opportunities from the Spinners front office and will have the opportunity to bring their teams to LeLacheur Park for the Spinners "Field of Dreams", a program designed to let youth baseball players play on the field prior to every home game.

Coaches can sign up through the Spinners website where registration is completely free and easy. Aside from basic contact information, prospective members are asked to provide proof from their league's president to confirm their status as a youth baseball coach.

The Spinners have also announced they are currently planning their first annual Youth Baseball Coach Appreciation Night for the upcoming season. The promotion, scheduled for June 27, will serve as a night dedicated to those who give their time and resources to teaching the game of baseball to today's youth.

As part of the promotion, players are encouraged to nominate their coach for a special recognition by sending the Spinners a one hundred word essay why their coach is the best. Submissions, as well as the coach's contact information, can be sent to video@lowellspinners.com.
