
SPHL Announces Two Suspensions

CHARLOTTE, NC - The SPHL today announced two players have been assessed disciplinary action for incidents this past weekend.
Knoxville's David Segal has been suspended one game for his actions in the Ice Bears' game against Huntsville on Saturday, January 22
At the 19:53 mark of the third period, Segal was assessed a game misconduct for being the aggressor of an altercation.
Segal will miss Knoxville's game vs. Huntsville on Thursday, January 27.
Louisiana's Marc Rechlicz has been suspended one game for his actions in the IceGators' game against Columbus on Saturday, January 22.
At the 20:00 mark of the third period, Rechlicz was assessed a game misconduct for instigating an altercation in the last five minutes of the game.
Rechlicz will miss Louisiana's game against Pensacola on Friday, January 28.
