
SPHL Announces Suspensions

HUNTERSVILLE, NC - The Southern Professional Hockey League (SPHL) on Sunday announced the following suspensions: Knoxville's Jason Price Knoxville's Jason Price has been suspended indefinitely pending review of a match penalty in Game 231, Knoxville at Huntsville, on Saturday, March 11.
A final decision on the suspension will be announced following the review.
Huntsville's Eric Witzel Huntsville's Eric Witzel has been suspended one game for his actions in Game 231, Knoxville at Huntsville, on Saturday, March 11.
At the 19:14 mark of the third period, Witzel was assessed a major penalty for fighting and a game misconduct under Rule 46.22, Aggressor in Final Five Minutes of Regulation Time.
Witzel will miss Huntsville's game against Mississippi on Tuesday, March 14.
