Spartans Announce Big Plans For Home Opener Week

La Crosse, WI: The town of La Crosse has seen two indoor football franchise's come and go, but owners Bob Sullivan, Ken Moninski, and Chris Kokalis believe that they can accomplish something that the others couldn't. Their goal is and has always been to establish the Spartans brand, provide high quality entertainment, and create a relationship with the community that will allow them to have staying power in the region. As their dreams become reality, the team released today their schedule of events for HOME OPENER WEEK. The Spartans front office, Head Coach Gilbert Brown, and his staff and players will be attending multiple community events leading up to the franchise's first home game this weekend. They plan on giving away tickets, team merchandise, and prize packages throughout the week and hope you will join them on Saturday, April 3rd at the La Crosse Center for the official return of indoor football to La Crosse! The week's schedule of events and appearances is as follows:
Monday 3/29
8:45-9:15am --- La Crescent Elementary pep rally
10:00-11:00am --- La Crosse Daycares Visit
5-7pm- Spartans Business networking event
Tuesday 3/30
11am-12pm: Visit at the La Crosse Boys and Girls Club
12pm-12:30pm: Visit at the Company Store
6-8pm-Feature's bar promotion
Wednesday 3/31
9:30am-10am - Irving Pertzsch School Visit
Thursday 4/1
11am-12pm: Company visit to Kwik Trip
12pm-1pm: Players will be attending the downtown rotary meeting
8:00-9:30- Varsity Club bar promo
10:00-11:30pm- Animal house bar promo
Friday 4/2
10am-11am--- Visiting the employees at WA Roosevelt
Season and Individual game tickets are still available, but are running out fast. A new Family Four Pack which includes four hot dogs, four sodas, and four tickets to the game are now available as well. Fans can purchase their tickets by logging on to www.lacrossespartans.com or by visiting the La Crosse Center Box Office. Discounts are available for groups of 10 or more by calling the Spartans team office at 608-567-4299. The Spartans family hopes to see you this Saturday night, and know that the best fans in indoor football will be rocking the La Crosse Center for the 7:30 kickoff!
