Sox Release Promotional Schedule, Tickets on Sale Now

Butler, PA - May 12, 2014 - The Butler BlueSox have unveiled their 2015 promotional schedule, which is highlighted by eight fireworks nights throughout the summer season. Fan favorites including two t-shirt giveaway nights, Ballpark Bingo, and Kids Run-the-Bases will also return.
Fireworks will light the Butler skyline in each of the season's first four weeks. The first will come after the second home game on the season on Friday, May 29 against Champion City. One of the largest crowds ever is expected for the Butler County Democratic Committee Fireworks Night on Saturday, June 13.
Butler Health System, Morgan Stanley, Butler County Ford, and the Butler County Federated Library System will also sponsor firework nights. Honda North will sponsor a pair of displays.
An annual tradition, the BlueSox will take on the Jamestown Jammers at 7:05pm before the City of Butler display on Independence Day.
The first 300 veterans who present a military ID at the gate on Sunday, June 14 will receive free admission and free refreshments on Red, White, and BlueSox Military Appreciation Night.
Kids 14 and under will enjoy McDonald's Kids Run-the-Bases Night on June 3, Texas Roadhouse Player Autograph Night on June 17, and Jiffy Lube Kids Run-the-Bases Night on July 15. The BlueSox will also be at home for Newhaven Court at Clearview Night on Father's Day, Sunday, July 21.
Labatt's Blue and Miller Lite will be sponsoring t-shirt giveaway nights on July 24 and 31st respectively. The complete schedule can be found on the schedule page at ButlerBlueSox.net.
Season ticket plans and tickets for all 30 home games are now available at ButlerBlueSox.net or by calling 724.256.9994. Tickets range from $7 to $9 with special discounts available for groups of 20 people or more. Games start at 6:35pm, with Fireworks games starting at 7:05pm.
The Butler BlueSox will open their seventh season of play in the Prospect League on Wednesday, May 27 at Jamestown, NY. Their first home game will be the Butler Health System Home Opener on Thursday, May 28 at 6:35pm.
