(Montreal, QC)- The Seattle Sounders travel to Montreal to play the Impact in the deciding game of the Quarterfinal round of the USL-1 Playoffs. Kick off is Sunday, September 28, 2:00 pm live on USLlive.com.

The Sounders fought their way to a 2-1 victory over the Impact in the first leg of the playoff series Friday night at Starfire. The game was a physical and chippy contest that saw seven cautions and two ejections.

Hugo Alcaraz-Cuellar, playing in his first game in nearly three weeks after straining his calf, opened the scoring in the 14th minute. The goal was his second of the season. Stefano Pesoli equalized seven minutes later for Montreal and Leighton O'Brien scored what would turn out to be the winner in the 41st minute from the penalty spot.

"Though we have a one goal lead in the series, Sunday will be a very tough match," said Coach Schmetzer. "Montreal is always a difficult place to play, and Coach Limniatis will have his team ready."

In other results from the quarterfinal round, the Vancouver Whitecaps beat the Minnesota Thunder 2-0 at Swangard Stadium and the Rochester Rhinos defeated the Charleston Battery 2-0 at PAETEC Park.

The Puerto Rico Islanders play the lowest seed in the semifinal round, which, if results from the first leg stand will be the Sounders. Seattle has made it to the final four in four of the last five years.
