PHILADELPHIA (July 21, 2011) - The Philadelphia Soul have unveiled the 'Franchise Fan' program, which is set to begin inducting members into the inaugural class with a life-time membership at the last game of the season on Friday, July 22, against the Pittsburgh Power.
