Sold-Out Stingers Playoff Watch Party Tomorrow

EDMONTON, AB - The Edmonton Stingers of the CEBL take on the Winnipeg Sea Bears in the first round of the 2023 CEBL Western Conference Playoffs on Friday August 4th in Winnipeg. Stingers Super Fans are taking over 1ST RND Downtown for a sold-out watch party as they cheer on the Stingers in their fifth straight postseason appearance.

"The support from our fanbase has been incredible this season," said Stingers President and CEO Reed Clarke. "Not only did over 100 Super Fans make the trip to Calgary to cheer us on last week, now over 200 are gathering to cheer us on as we start our playoffs. It's amazing to see this fan base and city back this team."

Super Fans will start gatheringat 6:00 p.m. for the 7:00 p.m. tip-off in their best and brightest team gear. The Stingers will be giving away signed game-worn jerseys and 2024 season tickets at the watch party.
