Snohomish County Explosion Gives Back to Local Food Bank
November 2, 2007 - International Basketball League (IBL)
Snohomish County Explosion News Release
Monroe, WA- The Snohomish County Explosion is partnering with the Sky Valley Food Bank during the month of November. For every season ticket sold in the month of November, the Explosion will donate 5% to the Food Bank to help with preparations for the upcoming Holiday Season. "Explosion Basketball recognizes the importance of the food bank," said Zack Mennie Director of Ticketing, "It is nice to be able to help out our local community anyway we can."
As the number of needy families in our community continues to grow, the demand on our food bank grows as well. Each month, enough food for approximately 30,000 meals is distributed to our neighbors in need - seniors and families who require our assistance to provide for their families. As the holidays approach, so does the need. The Sky Valley Food Bank needs to be stocked and ready to meet this challenge.
Season tickets start at $112 for 14 home games. Great seats are going fast. Call Zack Mennie at 425-339-2255 ext.1 to order your tickets and help the Sky Valley Food Bank.
