FIRE RALLIES FOR WIN: After trailing by 15 most of the game the Fire rallied to outscore Quad City 33-12 in the fourth quarter for a 67-60 victory over the Steamwheelers. The Fire, winners of five straight and seven of eight, now leads the East Division by a half a game over Green Bay.

FIRE ATOP EAST DIVISION: The Fire's fifth straight win combined with a Wilkes-Barre lost have put the Fire atop the East Division with two games left. If the Fire wins their last two games they will win the East and earn a bye in the first round of the playoffs.

MAGER SETS THREE TEAM RECORDS: Fire OS Rob Mager had another outstanding game Saturday and broke three team records in the process. Mager set the records for receiving yards, receiving TD's and scoring for the Fire for a season. Mager also leads the af2 in each of those categories.
