Florida Tropics SC News Release
KISSIMMEE - The Florida Tropics didn't find their offense until the third quarter, and by then it was too late as the Orlando SeaWolves rolled to a 6-3 win in a Major Arena Soccer League game Friday night.
Florida trailed 3-0 at intermission, but finally got on the board at the 5:51 mark of the third on a goal by Enzo Marangoni.
The Tropics never did get closer than two goals the rest of the way, despite getting additional scores by Anthony Arico and Antonio Manfut. Osvaldo Rojas and Gordy Gurson each had a pair for Orlando, who built their advantage to 6-2 late in the final period.
Florida, 5-14, will be home for another South Central matchup on Sunday at the RP Funding Center against the Kansas City Comets. Kickoff is at 3:05 p.m.
