Skyhawks Sign New Third Baseman

May 24, 2010 - Canadian American League (Can-Am)
Sussex Skyhawks News Release

Just five days before kicking off the 2010 season with a seven-game homestand, the Skyhawks are proud to announce the signing of third baseman Mike Megale. This signing fills the void that was left in the Skyhawks' roster when infielder Andy Gonzalaz was sidelined by a torn meniscus.

Megale, a Stamford, Conn. native, attended the Community College of Rhode Island. He then transferred from CCRI to the University of Pittsburg. While playing for the Pittsburgh Panthers in 2005, Megale drove in eight runs and homered in 20 games played.

We're constantly adding new events and promotions to our schedule, so visit our website at www.sussexskyhawks.com for updates. For more information about promotions listed above or to reserve tickets, contact the Skyhawks office at 973-300-1000.
