Albany, NY - The Sioux Falls Skyforce defeated the Albany Patroons last night 101-87 (6, 1) to improve to 9-6 on the season. The 'Force held a 20-point halftime lead and held off a Patroons rally to pick up the road win. The Patroons dropped to 5-10 with the loss.
