Sky Blue FC Will Host Houston Dash at Yurcak Field on August 20

MORRISTOWN, N.J. (August 14, 2014) - Sky Blue FC announced today the club will host the Houston Dash in a rescheduled match on Wednesday, August 20 at 7 p.m. ET at Yurcak Field in Piscataway, N.J. The original match between Sky Blue FC and Houston on July 2 was postponed due to severe weather.

On Wednesday night, Sky Blue FC defeated the Western New York Flash, 3-2, to keep the club's 2014 NWSL Playoff hopes alive. Sky Blue FC can still qualify for the playoffs with two more wins, a loss by Chicago and a tie by Portland this weekend. SBFC holds the first three-team tiebreaker of points-per-game with the Red Stars and Thorns FC, if all three teams were to finish the season tied on 34 points.

All originally issued tickets for July 2's match will be honored for the new date and time (unless already substituted for another game). Fans who have conflicts arise from the rescheduled game may request a credit for 2015 season seats for their tickets by contacting Sky Blue FC.
