Tinton Falls, N.J. - Sky Blue FC of the National Women's Soccer League (NWSL) made official today that it has renewed its partnership with Limitless Fitness for the 2016 season. As part of the relationship, Limitless Fitness owner/operator Patra Acquaviva will return to Sky Blue FC as its strength and conditioning coach during the upcoming year of play.

"We are absolutely delighted to have Patra back on board for her third season with our team," said Christy Holly, Sky Blue FC head coach. "She is a familiar face to our returning players, and she has a very good understanding of our club and what we are trying to accomplish. We have full belief that Patra will give us that extra edge on the field to perform at the highest level this season."

Limitless Fitness services Hunterdon, Somerset, Middlesex and Monmouth Counties, and Acquaviva personally brings a wealth of fitness knowledge to her clients. A graduate of Rutgers University with a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science and Psychology, she was an accomplished high school soccer and lacrosse player who then continued her lacrosse career into college as a member of the Scarlet Knights division one squad. The New Jersey native is also an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist with over 10 years of training experience. Her client base comes from every type of athletic background, ranging from recreational, competitive and amateur all the way to the professional ranks.

"I am honored to be working with Sky Blue FC as their strength and conditioning coach again this year," Acquaviva stated. "The players on this team are focused and ready to perform at the highest level every day, and I am proud to be a part of that. As their strength coach, I will give them that push to make them stronger and quicker, and most importantly, remain healthy throughout the season."
