
SkipStarSports Becomes Radio Broadcast Voice of ABA

Indianapolis, IN. The American Basketball Association (ABA) today announced that it has signed an agreement with Texas-based SkipStarSports to produce and broadcast a select number of games throughout the league. Following the Biz Radio Texas, Global American Broadcasting, ABA deal made last week, SkipStarSports Media Broadcast Producers will be the radio voice of the league and will bring fans all the courtside action of ABA basketball.
"We will bring the league a very well produced product as we start the search for national and regional advertisers to go along with each team's local sponsors," stated Skip Boyden, SSS President of Broadcast Operations. "This will be a win-win for the league and all the ABA teams involved. I know there are plenty of great teams to cover and we are really excited to be a part of this new broadcast venture. We look forward to having Biz Radio Texas as a regional outlet and GAB as a national outlet to millions of people across the country."
"We are also very excited to get this program started," added Joe Newman, ABA CEO. "Skip and his people are very organized, very professional and bring a tremendous amount of experience to the ABA. We're beginning with several Texas teams but hope to put together similar programs throughout the US shortly."
SkipStarSports is the newest premier sports broadcasts outlet for professional minor league and small college sports teams in the sports media market. SkipStarSports will provide the best quality sports entertainment broadcast for the listeners which consist of a full network production. All games will have two announcers (play-by-play and color) plus a sideline reporter to help bring you closer to the action interviewing players, coaches and exciting fans!
