The Atlanta Silverbacks Men will take on the defending USL-1 champions the Seattle Sounders this Saturday, June 10 at 7:30 pm. The Silverbacks, 1-3-2, look to remain undefeated at home with their second win. The Silverbacks beat the Charleston Battery last Saturday night in front of a standing room only crowd at the opening of RE/MAX Greater Atlanta Stadium. Due to the high demand for tickets, there will be no phone sales after noon on Friday. Tickets will be on sale through online "print-at-home" and at the stadium box office starting at 5:00 pm on Friday. Get your tickets early and reserve your seat for this Saturday's game. FOUNDATION KICKS OFF WORLD CUP EXHIBIT WITH SPECIAL RECEPTION
The Atlanta Silverbacks Soccer Dreams Foundation is hosting a special reception to kick off the opening of the FIFA World Cup Official Art Poster Exhibition. Join the Foundation for an entertaining evening - meet Silverbacks players, meet Socrates - the Silverbacks' mascot, and sign-up for great raffle prizes including signed items from the U.S. Men's National Team, the Silverbacks Men's team and the Silverbacks Women's team. The reception will be held at Vinson Gallery in Decatur on Thursday June 8th from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm. Food will be provided by Zocalo Creative Mexican Restaurant. Proceeds from opening-night sales will benefit the Atlanta Silverbacks Soccer Dreams Foundation.
