Silver Stars Host Inspiring Women Night Saturday

As part of the Silver Stars Inspiring Women Night presented by Frost Bank, six San Antonio women will be honored for their personal and professional achievements at the Silver Stars game Saturday, May 22, against the Los Angeles Sparks at the AT&T Center. Tip-off against the Stars' Western Conference rival is set for 7:00 p.m.

For only $25, Inspiring Women Night features a women's networking event that includes admittance to the pregame mixer from 6:00-7:00 p.m. with light appetizers and drinks and exclusive access to a seat in one of the AT&T Center's Superboxes.

The women who will be honored are: Johnson High School girls' basketball coach Audra Bredemeyer; Texas A&M University-San Antonio President Dr. Maria Hernandez; UTSA Director of Athletics Lynn Hickey; Family Service Association President/CEO Nancy Hard; KABB Anchor/Reporter Karen Martinez; and board certified hematologist and medical oncologist Dr. Sharon Wilks.
