Silver Stars Face China National Team in Preseason Game 1

San Antonio Silver Stars:

Four players finished with double-digit scoring totals: Megan Frazee (12), Quanna Chaney (10), Crystal Kelly (10) and Krystal Vaughn (11).

San Antonio had just 14 turnovers as compared to China's 24 give-aways.

San Antonio outrebounded China by a 36-32 margin and grabbed 15 steals as compared to China's steal total of five.

The Silver Stars shot 48.5% from the field, 58.8% from behind the three-point line and 65.4% from the free throw line.

Edwige Lawson-Wade dished out a team-high six assists.

High scorer: Megan Frazee (12)

High rebounder: Diana Delva (8)

Starters: points - 31/ rebounds - 14

Bench: points - 60/ rebounds - 22

China:

China's leading scorer was Zengyu Ma, who recorded 21 points on 4-of-8 made field goals, 1-of-4 made three-point field goals and a perfect 12-of-12 made free throws.

China shot 32.7% from the field, 25.0% from the three-point line and 82.6% from the charity stripe.

China's 24 turnovers led to 34 Silver Stars points.
