
Silver Knights Reach 10,000 in Attendance

NASHUA - The month of June was good to the Nashua Silver Knights.
In their home-opener at Holman Stadium they hosted their second straight championship ceremony and then they kept on their winning ways finishing the month of June in first place.
Also in the month of June the Silver Knights reached the 10,000 attendance mark, which was the fastest the team has reached the 10,000 mark in club history.
"We thank the fans for their support and without them we cannot continue to grow as an organization," said Nashua Silver Knights President Tim Bawmann. "We still have a lot of work ahead of us but it is a nice milestone to recognize and we are proud this represents a positive trend towards our ultimate goal."
In the Silver Knights first season the team drew a total of 19,127 for the entire season.
The Silver Knights are home Wednesday Night, July 3rd for Military Appreciation Night and Post-Game Fireworks and on Friday Night, July 5th, for Don Newcombe Bronze Statue Giveaway (First 500 Fans) and Post-Game Fireworks.
This Sunday, July 7th the Silver Knights introduce a new promotion Bark in the Park where fans are encouraged to bring their dog to the game. Puppies will be on hand for Puppy Kisses.
