DURHAM, N.C. – Joliet catcher Ryan Sienko and New Jersey OF Billy Rich were named Daktronics Northern League Players of the Week on Monday for the period ending June 30.

Sienko, who lives in nearby Elgin, Ill., and played last year for Schaumburg, batted .464 (13-for-28) with three doubles and five homers during the week.

Sioux City left-handed pitcher David Glick, 26, posted a 2-0 record and allowed only one run in separate eight inning starts. He gave up one run versus Fargo-Moorhead on June 24 and none at Duluth-Superior on June 29.
