
Sharks re-sign head coach, add new tryout date

New York Sharks News Release
The New York Sharks are pleased to announce the re-signing of head coach Nick Giannatasio for the 2003 season. Nick was the team's head coach last year as he led the Sharks to the 2002 IWFL Championship. He brought in a new offensive system that was extremely successful as the Sharks led the IWFL in scoring with 372 points. Nick has been coaching football since 1991 and was named the SIBFL Coach of the Year in 1993 and 2001. He is currently the offensive coordinator and assistant head coach of Bishop Ford High School in Brooklyn, New York. Visit our championship section to hear Nick's pep talks to the team.
Play For The Sharks
ant to play for the world champion New York Sharks? The Sharks have added another tryout date due to the bad weather last week. The next tryout will be held on December 8th at Kane Stadium in Secaucus, New Jersey. It will be held after the flag football championship game around 2:30pm. Click here for more information.
Radio Sharks
