Security Bank Named Presenting Sponsor of South Georgia Peanuts Baseball

The South Georgia Peanuts are very pleased to announce an agreement with Security Bank as the team's presenting sponsor for the upcoming inaugural 2007 season. Security Bank has a number of events and promotions that will make South Georgia Peanuts baseball even more enjoyable for the people in Albany and the surrounding areas.

Following every Friday night home game during the season, Security Bank will present "Friday Night Fireworks". They will also sponsor a number of giveaways during the season.

"This is a great agreement for the fans of South Georgia Peanuts baseball," Peanuts GM Keith Michlig said. "Security Bank is committed to helping us create a great experience night in and night out. I can not think of a better group of people to partner with to make Peanuts games the place to be this summer."

The Security Bank logo will be part of the team logo and uniforms. The company will also be very visible in almost every other aspect of the team including stadium signage, radio broadcasts, in-game promotions and the Kids Club.

The Peanuts are getting set for their inaugural season. All home games will be played at the Paul Eames Sports Complex. Peanuts tickets are currently on sale by contacting the team office at (229) 435-8900! The Peanuts home opener is scheduled for May 24 against the Charlotte County Redfish.
