Seattle Mountaineers Sign Overseas Contracts

The Seattle Mountaineers, Tyler Amaya, 6-7 and Kyle Dalvit, 6-11 signed Pro contracts today. The pair will play for the Otago "Nuggets" in New Zealand. Tyler will join former Mountaineer, Antoine Tisby, as the two imports on the Premier team and Kyle playing for the Nuggets Division II side. Tyler is the Mountaineers leading scorer(26.1pts) and Dalvit, a key reserve off the bench.

Tyler is a native of Bellingham, WA and a former Gonzaga University and Western Washington University Standout. While kyle is also a Bellingham native and a product of Whitman College. Tyler will be leaving for New Zealand mid February and Kyle reporting mid March.

"I am very pleased to help these young men reach their goals, both exemplified hard work, commitment and dedication to the Mountaineer program, they will have a wonderful experience in New Zealand", stated Coach Sims.
