Seals to host second Open House Party on April 30th

CELEBRATION, FL – The Florida Seals announced today that the team will host their second Open House Party at the Silver Spurs Arena on Saturday, April 30 from 12-3 p.m.

In conjunction with the Open House Party, the Seals will hold a 1:00 PM press conference to formally announce and introduce the team's new Head Coach and several new players for the upcoming 2005 season. The general public and the media are invited to attend.

Live music, interactive games, food, beverages, and several door prizes are just some of the things fans can look forward to during the event. Fans will be able to meet and get autographs from the Seals new players and head coach, purchase new Seals merchandise and select the seats they want to sit in during Seals games when the season begins this October at the Silver Spurs Arena.

Members of the Seals 2003 Championship team, including fan favorites Zac Boyer, Ryan Anderson and Chris LiPuma will also be attending the Seals Open House Party to meet with fans and sign autographs throughout the afternoon.

USALANDSALE.COM, a leading market place for land acquisition and land sales through the Internet will once again be sponsoring the Seals Open House Party. Fans that visit the USALANDSALE.COM booth during the Open House Party will receive a chance to win a pair of season tickets for the Seals inaugural season at the Silver Spurs Arena.

"This will be an exciting and historic day for our fans and our franchise," said Seals General Manager Chris LiPuma. "Fans attending the Open House Party will have the opportunity to meet the Seals new head coach and players for the first time while enjoying an action packed afternoon of entertainment."

The first 100 fans through the doors will receive a FREE Florida Seals "Watch Your Back" t-shirt. Fans attending the Open House Party can test their hockey skills in the Seals new CoolAir Arena and Slap Shot Booths. Kids will enjoy free face painting, moonwalks, player autographs, games and much more.

The Seals will also be holding a silent auction during the Open House Party. Among the items to be auctioned are authentic Seals game jerseys and memorabilia. Proceeds from the auction will be donated to Community Vision, a grass-roots, non-profit organization, bringing people and resources together to achieve the community's vision since 1995.

Seals staff will be on hand to greet fans and to answer questions about the upcoming season set to begin next October. Fans attending the Open House Party can hand pick and secure the very best seats available for as low as $25 per month with nothing down and no payments until 2005. As an added incentive, fans that purchase season tickets during the Open House Party will receive one free season ticket for every two purchased.

The Silver Spurs Arena is located at Osceola Heritage Park, 1875 Silver Spurs Lane in Kissimmee. From I-4 Westbound take Exit #77, to Florida's Turnpike South. Take Exit #244 (Kissimmee-St. Cloud), turn right (west) onto U.S. Hwy 192; go through stop light at Simpson Road to next stop light at Bill Beck Blvd. (approximately one mile). Turn right. Main entrance to Osceola Heritage Park is about one block on left. Follow signs. From I-4 Eastbound, take Exit #65, Osceola Parkway ($1.25 toll); proceed east 9.1 miles to Michigan Avenue (third traffic light after the tool booth). Turn right on Michigan to Hwy. 192 (at the fourth traffic light); turnleft and follow Hwy. 192 to Bill Beck Blvd. Turn left. Main entrance to Osceola Heritage Park is about one block on left.
