Seals sign Niedert

[KISSIMMEE, Fla.] - Head Coach Tommy Stewart executed his first official trade of the 2005-06 season. Niedert started his playing career last season with Stewart's Macon Trax squad. This season the Hudson, IA goalie appeared in nine games for the Havoc. The 5'8" backstop posted a 3-5 record with a .880 save percentage and a 3.79 goals against average.

To make room on the roster for the new Seals players, Andy Joy has been placed on waivers. Joy appeared in one game for the Seals, losing in Columbus 5-4 on Jan. 28.

The Seals are offering a special four-pack for only $20 during the playoffs. For only $5 per game you can get a ticket to the first four home games during the playoff season. This offer will be given to the first 5,000 fans that call for their playoff tickets.
