Florida Seals News Release

[KISSIMMEE, Fla.] -The Florida Seals and Genesis Communications Orlando are proud to announce a new partnership. SportsRadio 1080 WHOO/ESPN Radio and WAMT 1190 will carry most Florida Seals games live this year on the airwaves.

The stations will broadcast 18 of the first 27 Seals games over the air between the two stations. In December the two sides will announce the remainder of the broadcast schedule which will include the second half of the regular season and subsequent playoff games.

"It is going to be great to be able to offer most of our games over the airwaves," said Seals Director of Media Relations and Broadcasting Adam Minnick. "It is a great fit to be on WHOO Radio as well as WAMT 1190."

Genesis Orlando's General Manager Scott Brody said, "We at WHOO and WAMT are very excited about this relationship with the Florida Seals. We are pleased to be airing their games, and plan to take a very visible role with them throughout the season. It's great for Central Florida."

With this new agreement every Florida Seals game this season will have audio coverage. For fans outside of the Central Florida region, they can hear all the live action on the internet. Games broadcast over the radio will be simulcast on the web on the station respective websites. For any game that will not be carried by WHOO or WAMT, fans can hear the action on www.LiveSportsNetwork.com. Direct links will be on the Florida Seals website at www.floridaseals.com.
