
Seals face three game week

Three On Tap: Starting with another Thirsty Thursday, the Orlando Seals will play three games this week. The Seals host the Macon Trax on Thursday at 7:05 p.m. at TD Waterhouse Centre in the next Real Radio 104.1 Thirsty Thursday night. The Seals then have two road against Jacksonville Friday at 7:05 p.m. and Saturday against Miami at 7:05 p.m. All games are available on the internet at www.IRN.FM.
Slump Busters: The Seals are looking to end a five game winless streak, after a 9-4 loss to Miami last Thursday and a 2-1 loss to Macon on Saturday. The Seals game scheduled for Lakeland on Sunday was postponed due to unplayable ice conditions. No make up date has yet been set.
Ouch: Jamie Muswagon and Simon Duplessis both suffered concussions against Miami that had them miss the Saturday game with Macon. Their status for the games this week is yet to be determined.
Eight Was Enough: Mike Sanderson stretched his scoring streak to eight games against Miami (3 G 5A), and saw it end in the loss to Macon.
Getting There: Goaltender David Goverde, out with a knee injury since February 10th, was back in uniform as the back up goalie to Sean Varriale the last two games. Mike Correia remains on the injured reserve list. The Seals have waived goaltender Shad Higginbotham.
